How many parking spaces are included with one SEVO?
Each SEVO installation provides multiples of six parking spaces. They can be arranged in a single row or back to back and can also be connected with additional SEVO’s to accommodate any number of required spaces.

At present, SEVO provides off-grid charging for the following EV makes and models with fast charge ports.

  • Tesla Model 3 (2017 estimated)
How many miles per day does SEVO generate?

The short answer is “enough to cover the average commute”. There are a number of variables when it comes to EV charging. The amount of charge required varies based on how depleted a given car’s battery is when plugged in, the make and model of the car, and the output of the charger itself. However, in general, the average commute in the US is 15 miles one way [Link]. Therefore, workplace charging should provide enough charge to cover those 15 miles.

For SEVO, rather than drawing charge from the grid as needed, the sun charges your car throughout the day. While the amount of charge will vary between summer and winter, as well as cloudy versus sunny days, SEVO is designed to always be generating charge.

For Sunnyvale, CA as an example, a single SEVO generates an average of 169 miles per day, or 28.1 miles per space per day.
